The incredible Yann Tiersen is playing a gig in Galway next Monday, I have a ticket and I am most excited about it! He is perhaps best known for the beautiful soundtrack he composed for ‘Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain’, one of my favourite films. I saw him play a couple of years in Galway and it still stands out as one of the best gigs I’ve ever been to - he plays with such passion and his talent is breathtaking. This will be a night to remember, I’m sure!
